In this challenging sector, Smart are leading the way with innovative sales models and processes. Which does make recruitment of the right people, far more challenging.


After our initial engagement and placements, Smart began to see exactly what we were made of and asked us to act as exclusive recruiter and talent head hunter, for them. With a view to placing all vacancies for the business.


After discussions, we agreed that the best way to do this was to insource our service to them. We integrated one of the Bright team into the Smart business and began the process of growing their sales and customer support teams.
